With its most recent acquisition, Realterm has added a new IOS truck terminal and maintenance shop in El Paso to its logistics real estate network.
The site, which is fully leased to DC Logistics, features a 22-door terminal which comes in at over 1,394 sqm as well as over 372 sqm of space for the maintenance shop. Its location in the Texan city gives it quick access to the Zaragoza port of entry, several road transport networks, and cross-border markets.
“The truck terminal has both the location and physical characteristics that transport and distribution-related users demand,” says Brennan Cascarano, associate, investments at Realterm. The company will be looking to further enhance its network with outdoor storage and truck terminals in the USA. (mk)
