Europa Contact Centre appoints head of sales
John Cole has been appointed head of sales and will be working alongside the management team to assist with the ongoing development, ensuring that Europa Contact Centre operates at the highest standard.
Cole brings 15 years of experience working across a range of outsourced contact centres, including his previous role as a business development manager for CCA international. In his new role he is working closely with Alison Flannery, general manager of Europa Contact Centre, who has over 20 years’ experience.
Europa Contact Centre provides a diverse range of inbound and outbound customer and membership support services across a range of sectors. (mw)
