Europa boosts customer services team
A recent paper reported that 47% of Dutch consumers consider connection and trust to be top factors in customer services and that they value positive human interactions over AI technology.
Europa Road’s Benelux team, which specialises in road freight to and from the UK, recognises these key consumer trends, and to this end has strengthened its support to customers by installing a head of customer services in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Abigail Brooks, whose career at Europa’s UK road freight unit began seven years ago, has now been appointed to the new role of head of customer services in the region. She originally joined Europa as a sales operator and then worked her way up to the role of branch manager for Birmingham / West Midlands. (cj)
