Etihad Cargo and Dnata deepen partnership
Etihad Cargo from Abu Dhabi has bolstered its global handling partnership agreements with Dnata from Dubai, one of the world’s largest air service providers. The new agreements align the two UAE-based companies until 2023, with Dnata providing warehouse and cargo handling services to manage 180,000 t of air cargo carried annually across 15 gateways in Etihad Cargo’s network, now for the first time also in North America and South Asia Pacific.
The new Toronto (since 5 February) and Singapore (starting in May) agreements add to existing combined warehouse and cargo handling operations at Dubai airports (DXB and DWC), as well as Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane (Australia), together with Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad (Pakistan), and Zurich, Geneva, Manchester, Milan and Amsterdam in Europe.
