Esyms DHL Partnership in Malaysia
Esyms, an online pharmacy and health solutions provider, has partnered with DHL eCommerce Malaysia to enhance medication delivery in Malaysia.
Through this collaboration, patients using Esyms's AllMeds app can upload prescriptions, make payments and track DHL-delivered medications. This initiative supports Malaysia’s healthcare digitalisation goals for public healthcare. The partnership aims to optimise last-mile delivery from public healthcare facilities, addressing long wait times and improving access to treatment, according to Saurabh Kumar, managing director of DHL eCommerce Malaysia.
“We’re confident that this partnership will deliver a positive impact to the healthcare sector ,” said Kumar. Esyms CEO Lam Wee Yong added that the partnership is in line with efforts to make pharmacy services more efficient and accessible. (js)
