Epal showcases carbon-storing pallets
At the Transport Logistic 2025 trade fair in Munich, Epal Germany will showcase innovations in load carrier solutions that promote efficiency and sustainability in supply chains, as the company has reported.
With a network of licensed production and repair facilities, Epal focuses on wooden pallets sourced from sustainable forestry. Product range includes the QR code-enabled pallet and the ‘Epal Pallet App’.
In collaboration with HPE, Epal will also present wooden and export packaging solutions that act as carbon storage units. These developments “can contribute to resource-conserving and climate-friendly logistics,” said HPE managing director Marcus Kirschner. (js)
