Enhancing cargo operations in Germany
Aegean has appointed Mondial Airline Services, a subsidiary of the Global GSA Group, as its general sales agent (GSA) for cargo operations in Germany.
The partnership entered into effect a month ago, on 19 February, and covers 80 weekly flights connecting Germany with Greece and beyond. The agreement provides cargo access to Athens, Thessaloniki and over 80 international destinations, including Yerevan, Larnaca and Tel Aviv. Aegean’s modern fleet will transport general cargo, spare parts and machinery components.
“This partnership will enhance Aegean’s presence in Germany and offer users more efficient cargo solutions,” said Zafer Aggunduz, CCO of the Global GSA Group.
Aegean will benefit from optimised capacity, digital booking solutions and real-time analytics, strengthening its cargo operations in the German market. (ah)
