Elemica takes over Eyefreight
Elemica has announced the acquisition of Eyefreight. By taking over the provider of multimodal SaaS transport management systems (TMS), the cloud-based digital supply network increases its range of capabilities: the combination of the two companies enables Elemica’s customers to integrate transport management functions into their supply chains.
Another bonus: Eyefreight customers can now take full advantage of Elemica’s global end-to-end supply chain network. By combining Elemica’s digital supply network with Eyefreight’s TMS functions, the companies can offer their customers a single platform for multi-national shipment optimisation, cargo handling and deliveries. Users can automate all their supply chain processes and work together by means of this tool. (mw)
