Elcome: a bridgehead in Vancouver
The Dubai-headquartered maritime systems and services provider company Elcome International has opened a new office in Vancouver, Canada. It is its first presence in North America.
Elcome plans to use the new sales and service centre near the Port of Vancouver as a means to expand and meet growing demand for its services in the country and other parts of North America.
Elcome’s managing director, Jimmy Grewal: “From Vancouver, we can serve all of Canada’s maritime sectors – cruise, merchant marine, leisure marine, offshore and naval.” To facilitate operations, the company will deploy Starlink’s high-speed, low-latency broadband internet service. (lh)
