El Mosca expands fleet
El Mosca, a Logista affiliate based in Southern Europe, has added the duo trailer format to its fleet. The duo trailer will be able to transport 70 t – twice as much as a normal truck- by means of two joined trailers, thus reducing carbon emissions by 20% compared to the same load transported in traditional vehicles.
30 m long and with 650 horsepower, the duo trailers will have electric generators allowing them to carry up to two reefer containers for the transport of perishable goods, pharmaceutical products, or other items sensitive to ambient temperatures.
