Egyptair Cargo wins contract with DHL Aviation
Egyptair Cargo has signed a new contract with DHL Aviation to serve its cargo flights through the Egyptair cargo complex in Cairo.
Engineer Yehia Zakaria, chairman and CEO of Egyptair Holding called this new contract a new success for Egyptair Cargo that contributes to enhancing its fleet capacity to meet the growth in demand for air cargo worldwide, despite the difficult challenges facing the global aviation industry.
“The air cargo sector is witnessing significant growth during this period that Egyptair has signed several contracts with major companies operating in the air cargo sector to be able to compete through global challenges in the aviation industry,” he added.
Gasser Hussein, chairman and CEO of Egyptair Cargo, said that the company provides its air freight services to about 36 foreign airlines through cargo complexes in Cairo, Borg El Arab, and Luxor. (cj)
