Driving global diversity, equity and inclusion
BDP International, headquartered in Philadelphia, has named Nina Olatoke VP, global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). She will maintain her current role as VP, human resources for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions of the privately-held global logistics and transportation solutions company.
In this new role, Olatoke will lead BDP’s DEI programme, identify areas of opportunity and challenges, promote a collaborative work environment and partner with communities and businesses that support and align with BDP’s DEI commitments. She will report to chief human resources officer Marcia Lyssy. (amh)
