Driving business in North Rhine-Westphalia
CTP Germany, a portfolio holder, project developer and manager of logistics, commercial and industrial properties, has appointed Bernd Stills as senior business development manager to oversee letting and contract negotiations and manage transactions.
As head of the company’s North Rhine-Westphalia region, he will lead the redevelopment of the recently acquired 130,000 sqm former Schaeffler production site in Wuppertal.
With many years of experience in executive positions at various companies including Verkehrswacht Parkplatz, BNP Paribas and Gebau (Lindner Group), Stils brings extensive expertise to the business development department. (cj)
