Driversim for MIT
A full-service provider of comprehensive terminal operating system (TOS) solutions, Tideworks Technology (Tideworks), has introduced its latest product at Manzanillo International Terminal (MIT), Mexico.
Diversim is a simulated, supplemental training tool for terminal yard tractor (UTR) drivers, which enhances efficiency, cost savings and safety for terminal operators and drivers by reducing equipment use and emissions across their terminal yards.
MIT is a major logistics hub in Latin America. MIT's vice president of operations William Monroe: “Driversim will help supplement our robust UTR training programme and will help us to establish greater consistency of skills, confidence and safety across our team of drivers.” (lh)
