DNV appoints area manager for Germany
DNV has appointed Rasmus Stute as area manager for Germany, with effect from 1 February 2022, replacing Jörg Lang Kabel in a planned succession. In his new role, Stute will be based in Hamburg.
A naval architect, Stute has worked for DNV in different management positions both in Asia and Europe for the past 18 years. Previously, he helped to set up the new containership excellence centre in Hamburg and was its founding director, before taking the lead of the German business development team in 2020.
Stute is also currently a member of Bimco’s marine safety and environment committees. DNV is an independent expert in risk management and assurance, operating in more than 100 countries. (cj)
