Dnata partners with Wallenborn in the Middle East
The global ground and air cargo handling company Dnata has strengthened its position in the cargo logistics industry in the Middle East by joining forces with Wallenborn Transports, one of Europe’s largest operators of road feeder services (RFS).
Without disclosing details of the transaction, Wallenborn has completed the acquisition of Agility Global Logistics’ interest in the Dubai (UAE)-based RFS provider Dnata PWC Airport Logistics (DPAL) and will now embark on a partnership with Dnata which will see the companies develop new products and services and enter new markets.
