Direct customer support for supply chains
Eurolog, a provider of supply chain software, has bolstered its presence in the USA by launching its own customer support service in the country.
Eurolog’s software and services comprise transport and container management systems as well as goods tracking. With the new customer support department, clients can now make better use of the available services and seek help if needed.
Eurolog has been represented in the US market by its parent company Supply On for several years now. In collaboration with tech partners, it has developed a new-generation transport management system which tracks goods in real time from pickup to arrival.
The software helps to optimise loading and reduce the carbon emissions per item. The next task for Eurolog is to connect North and South America to the new system and adapt it to the needs of their markets. (mk)
