Dimotrans has a new shareholder
The entry of Crédit Mutuel Equity as a new minority shareholder marks an important step in the strategy of the French logistician, which specialises in multimodal goods transport (road, air, sea), parcel/pallet delivery in France, and also provides customs and logistics services.
In just a few years the company has strengthened its position in the sector, inter alia by acquiring BSL, Qalitair & Sea and more recently, last year, Duhamel Logistique.
With the arrival of Crédit Mutuel Equity in its capital, Dimotrans Group is giving itself new means to continue its trajectory, combining an external growth strategy and sustained organic growth, with which it hopes to achieve its short-term objective: EUR 1 billion of turnover.
Dimotrans said that the acquisition will be another key asset for the development of Dimotrans Group. It will contribute to further strengthening its position on the French and international markets. (ben)
