Dimos expands production capacities
Dimos, a German manufacturer of special forklifts, is investing in a new production plan at its headquarters in Petersberg (Hesse). With 3,600 sqm, the new hall will be double the size of the existing production facility.
After completion in the first quarter of 2021, the new building will host mainly positions for final assembly, but it will also contain a loading and logistics area as well as a showroom.
"We know that many machine manufacturers are struggling with the current economic conditions," says Pascal Schütz, head of sales and development at Dimos. "Nevertheless, the investment in a new hall is a milestone for the development of our heavy-duty segment and our product focus." (mw)
