DHL to adjust surcharges from 10 April 2022

In order to maintain a high-quality delivery service for its customers, DHL Express introduced a temporary emergency situation surcharge (ESS) in 2020. As market conditions evolve, the ESS will be adjusted from 10 April 2022.

This adjustment will only affect certain points of departure and destinations. It reflects changing market dynamics, ongoing challenges in securing available air cargo capacity globally and operational constraints related to Covid-19 measures imposed by local governments.

Please refer to the table shown for details of the surcharge from 10 April 2022 per point of departure and destination (surcharge in EUR per km). (cj)
