DHL processes more invoices
Uipath, a provider of RPA (robotic process automation) solutions, and Deloitte have jointly developed the Deloitte intelligent document processing (DIDP) software, which has helped DHL Supply Chain to substantially increase its capacities for invoice processing.
The solution registers documents even before the data is extracted, classified and verified. Deloitte intelligent document processing can handle both structured and semi-structured documents such as contracts or invoices.
Up to now, dozens of employees were involved in manually processing many hundreds of invoices per year. With DIDP DHL Supply Chain can now automatically process a great number of invoices from 124 different suppliers, expanding its capacities for invoice management by more than 30%. (mw)
