DHL comes out on top
Gartner has named DHL a “leader” in its 2024 Magic Quadrant for 3PL report for the efficiency and reliability of its supply chain and global forwarding units. The company took first place in both the “highest in ability to execute” and “furthest in completeness of vision” categories.
Despite uncertainty in today’s supply chain and economic environment, DHL has managed to stay on track with its digitalisation and sustainability goals. Investments into AI-powered models and the expansion of its Go Green Plus product offerings have helped the company to win Gartner’s recognition.
Gartner is an American research firm aiming to deliver insight for executives and their teams to aid in decision-making in the market. This is the ninth time it has considered DHL in its research. (mk)
