Designwerk finds new market
After entering the German market in 2021, the Swiss electromobility specialist is now expanding its business to the Benelux countries as well.
As in Switzerland and Germany, the company offers the complete electric truck portfolio in this new market - from dump trucks and low-floor vehicles to heavy-duty transporters. This includes electric trucks ranging from 18 to 50 t trucks with battery capacities between 375 and 1000 kilowatt hours.
Designwerk was founded in 2008. The company primarily develops and manufactures electric trucks, mobile and stationary fast chargers and modular high-voltage battery systems for electric vehicles. Volvo Group has held a stake in Designwerk since 2021. (ben)
