Delivery specialists merge in Spain
Rhenus Home Delivery is merging the Spanish companies Sama Logistica and Home Logistics under a single, renewed identity.
Sama Logistica and Home Logistics have been operating in the Spanish delivery market for the past 20 years. Following the unification of their IT systems and the grouping of both entities under a new brand, Rhenus Home Delivery now stands as the result of this business evolution.
Rhenus Home Delivery has its own networks in eleven countries and distribution alliances in three others. The company specialises in the delivery of heavy and bulky goods, handling approximately 7 million shipments per year.
The final-mile specialist gained holdings in both Sama Logistica and Home Logistics in December 2022. The integration of the companies further strengthens Rhenus' position in the market, allowing it to offer more complete and efficient solutions to its clients.
