Delarue promoted to CFO
With over 15 years of leadership experience at Rhenus Group and currently head of group shareholdings international and group compliance officer, Gilles Delarue has been appointed as the new CFO and member of the management board, effective 1 September. He succeeds Egbert Bernsmeister, who is moving to the sister company Saria as CFO under the umbrella of the Rethmann Group.
In his new role, Delarue will oversee the Rhenus Group's finance division, which includes M&A, finance, controlling, corporate development, legal, compliance, and insurance.
