Dedicated warehouse in Santiago de Chile
Bolloré Logistics Chile recently inaugurated its new logistics distribution facility at the "Bodenor Flex Centre" in the Enea industrial park (Pudahuel community) in Santiago de Chile, 5 km from Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport.
This new 8,000 sqm infrastructure specialises in the telecommunications and high-tech industries. It also has a dedicated area and specialised team to provide e-commerce logistics solutions, with multi-channel platforms to connect its WMS (warehouse management system) and TMS (transport management system) software with different marketplaces.
As part of its security system it features fully armoured gates, closed circuit television (CCTV) with facial recognition, motorised domes, video analytics, reading and registration of patents and radio communication systems with coverage throughout the industrial park.
"Bolloré Logistics Chile’s new logistics distribution centre meets the highest standards required by our customers, which are big multinational companies," commented Hector Midolo, CEO Latin America of Bolloré Logistics. (sh)
