DB Schenker appoints new CPO
Schenker’s supervisory board has appointed Stephanie Wulf as member of the management board responsible for people and organisation (CPO). She will take up her new role on 1 January 2024.
Wulf holds a degree in administration and is a fully qualified lawyer. She began her professional career at Germany’s federal foreign office and subsequently worked for almost 20 years in management positions for various HR areas within Deutsche Lufthansa.
Wulf has been chief human resources officer and managing director human resources at DER Touristik Group since 2018. She was elected to the company’s extended executive board in 2022.
Wulf succeeds Katharina Rath, who, at her own request and by mutual agreement, will resign from her position on the Management Board of Schenker AG and leave the Deutsche Bahn Group to pursue new challenges. (cj)
