Dallas rail transload hub under new leadership
USA-based Jaguar Transport has entered into an agreement with Loup Logistics, a subsidiary of Union Pacific Railroad (UP), to operate the Dallas Transload Solution (DTL) in Texas. The facility connects with UP and features three transload tracks, trucks scales, covered storage, and other outdoor laydown space.
The hub provides rail services for customers who require efficient rail transport but lack a physical site located on a railroad. The facility currently serves customers who transload commodities including steel and lumber. Jaguar now runs six rail parks in North America, including the West Memphis Transload in West Memphis, AR and the Marion Industrial Rail Park in Marion, OH (ben)
