Cushman & Wakefield reinforces investment team
Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has appointed Nicole Römer as head of retail investment in Germany. She also becomes an international partner of the company.
Alexander Kropf, C&W’s head of capital markets Germany, said: “With Römer on board, the retail investment division has gained highly-qualified and experienced leadership. She contributes many years of retail investment expertise to her new position."
Römer moves to C&W from Art-Invest Real Estate, where she was head of retail. She previously worked for JLL for nine years, latterly as team leader retail investment Berlin.
In addition to Römer, C&W’s German retail investment team has been strengthened by the arrival of Jan-Philip Zur this month. He also becomes a company partner. (mw)
