CTP hires business development director
CTP Germany, real estate owner, project developer and manager of logistics, commercial and industrial property, has appointed Marcus Breuer as business development director to strengthen its German team.
Breuer has over 25 years of experience in the property sector, including in companies such as Dibag Industriebau and Europa - Center. Together with his team, he will oversee leasing activities within the existing portfolio, which CTP acquired from Deutsche Industrie Reit as part of a share deal at the beginning of 2022.
The property manager's more specific skills comprise value-add and core-plus transformations of former production sites into versatile business parks as well as site developments in attractive locations. (cj)
