CTP adds logistics space in Poland
CTP has leased another 10,000 sqm at its Warsaw site to a Polish logistics company, bringing the total of the tenant’s space to 25,000 sqm. TAS Logistyka operates within the Polish logistics market and has recently experienced growth in the electronics and white goods sector.
By adding to its capacities in CT Park Warsaw South the company seeks to meet an increasing demand for its in-house logistics processes, co-packing services and household goods storage in the area. It also aims to further streamline its storage and logistics services while benefiting from the proximity to Poland’s capital.
CTP has seen multiple additions of this kind in H1/2024, with two thirds of its newly leased 918,000 sqm being expansions. In Poland, CTP currently has 16 production and logistics complexes in various stages of development. Two more buildings are set to be added to the park in Warsaw South, bringing the project closer to completion. (mk)
