Crossbay chooses Ben Ryan
European urban logistics platform Crossbay has appointed Ben Ryan as its new head of asset management. Joining from Delin Property, where he was also head of asset management, and having held senior asset management roles at both Praxis Real Estate and Topland Group before that, Ryan has over 15 years of working experience with real estate investors across Europe.
He will now be responsible for the company’s last mile logistics portfolios. Crossbay was launched in May 2020 by private equity real estate investment manager MARK and is led by Marco Riva. The platform’s around 500,000 sqm portfolio counts Fedex, DHL, and Amazon among its customers. (amh)
