Critical cargo from China to Pakistan
International transportation and logistics specialist Dimerco has delivered oversized cargo - three sets of product line equipment, totalling chargeable weight 91,577 kg - for a telecommunications client to Lahore, Pakistan from Guangdong, China within a tight five-day timescale, despite Covid-19 restrictions and the additional challenges of the holiday period.
The project included instructing an experienced palletisation company to load the cargo to fit the B777F, controlling all necessary documentation and ongoing communication with all parties throughout the entire process.
Dimerco's industry experience and established partner network identified an air carrier able to handle the optimised route to Lahore instead of Karachi, deliver the cargo in record time and save costs for the client. (ah)
