Cooperation between HFW and ESA
Global law firm HFW has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Emirates Shipping Association (ESA), which represents the UAE's private maritime sector. HFW helped establish and register the association at a federal level and has been providing continuous legal and strategic support.
Under this new agreement, the firm will extend its services for an initial two-year period. HFW has a team of experts, including Yaman Alhawamdeh and Marc Ghammachi, who will continue to work with the Emirates Shipping Association.
HFW is known for its maritime and shipping law expertise, with over 200 shipping lawyers globally, specialising in various areas such as dry shipping, admiralty, crisis management, and transactions. The firm has a strong presence in the Middle East and supports the UAE's maritime sector and the in-country value programme. (pb)
