Contargo expanding rail corridors
Contargo is introducing two rail services from late August 2025; its Duisburg–Dourges shuttle (DDS) and a Poland–France shuttle (PFS).
The DDS connects the LDCT terminal in Dourges, in northern France, with the Duisburg intermodal terminal (DIT) three times a week. It offers access to Bordeaux, Marseille, Paris and Rennes. Customers can serve Poland, Austria, Czechia and China via the DIT.
The PFS provides two routes between Dourges and central Poland, namely Dourges–Krzewie and Dourges–Kutno. The Krzewie service runs once a week via the Miratrans terminal, with plans to increase this to two. The Kutno service is combined, with Dourges–Duisburg offering three weekly trips and Duisburg–Kutno via the PCC network five weekly trips. (js)
