Connecting two networks
Airlink Cargo South Africa and Astral Aviation from Kenya have signed an interline agreement connecting their networks. With the agreement, which was effective from 1 August 2021, Airlink Cargo is widening its network to include Dubai (UAE).
Astral Aviation will gain access to services operated beyond Johannesburg to Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth, Botswana (Gaborone), Congo DRC (Lubumbashi), Lesotho (Maseru), Madagascar (Antananarivo, Nosy Be), Mozambique (Beira, Maputo, Pemba, Tete), Namibia (Walvis Bay, Windhoek), Zambia (Livingstone, Ndola) and Zimbabwe (Harare, Victoria Falls).
