Confirming the obvious
After Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd announced their intention to form an alliance that will take effect in February 2025, the former alliance has confirmed its commitment till January 2025.
The Alliance, which includes the member lines Hapag Lloyd, HMM, Yang Ming Marine Transport and Ocean Network Express, underlined its “unwavering commitment to maintaining a robust cooperation throughout 2024” in a joint press release. Unlike Hapag-Lloyd, the other carriers have not yet indicated which way they will take from February 2025 on.
