Combitras joins Gruber Logistics
Gruber Logistics - repre has acquired provider Combitras, thus adding two new branches to its network in central Italy. Combitras is a historically grown company with over 30 years of experience in part loads and integrated logistics and one of the major players in the region of Emilia Romagna, one of Italy’s economic strongholds.
Even in these economically trying times of the pandemic, Gruber Logistics continues to work on the implementation of its corporate strategy and to expand the group's network in Europe. With 35 branches in ten countries and over 1,100 employees, the South Tyrolian group has now become a major international player in Italy.
For Gruber Logistics, the acquisition represents a significant upgrade in an important economic region in Italy and Europe, since it gains not only two new branches in Cesena and Bologna but also the expertise of the Combitras team, which will continue to be managed by Combitras’ current managing director Massimo Bagnoli.
