Combining road haulage and air freight
Due to fluctuating air freight capacities in flights from China and south-east Asia, an increasing number of customers are opting for cargo-partner’s alternative solutions combining air freight and road haulage services. In addition to the existing connection from Myanmar via Thailand, the logistics provider has now introduced a new option from China via Hanoi to Europe and the USA.
With the new road haulage and air cargo service via Vietnam’s capital city, cargo-partner offers a practical alternative to direct flights from China. The combined solution adds up to a total transit time of about eight to ten days, comprising road haulage from China to Hanoi, air freight from Hanoi to Europe or the USA as well as deliveries to the final destination.
This option is available for large consignments of 3,000 kg or more and guarantees more stable and more competitive prices than direct air freight services. (mw)
