Collaborating on cargo insurance
In a new partnership, XPand Logistics will be making use of Breeze’s data-driven platform to increase the number of shipments that may be protected by insurance policies.
The platform created by Breeze, a provider of digital insurance, can be used to optimise quote generation, policy building and claims processing. This cuts the time and costs required to provide accurate insurance information.
Breeze collects data from various sources including vessel specifications, navigation patterns, and cargo details. XPand will thus be able to increase the number of its shipments covered by cargo insurance by 150%.
