Cold chain partnership celebrates tenth anniversary
Emirates Skycargo and DuPont Safety & Construction, the manufacturer of DuPont Tyvek® brand thermal cargo covers, recently celebrated the tenth anniversary of their partnership for air cargo cold chain solutions.
Rose Lee, president of DuPont Safety & Construction (left, with Zeeshan Haris, Emirates Cargo product development manager) declared: "We have been on our partnership journey for ten years, creating innovative solutions that are leading the cold chain space."
All began with the release of the "Emirates Skycargo White Cover" – the first pallet cover made with Tyvek® to provide cold chain protection of temperature-sensitive products in air transit.
"White Cover Advanced" for protecting temperature-sensitive shipments during transport was introduced in 2016, followed by the launch of "White Cover Xtreme" in 2017. (ah)
