Cold chain for cell therapy
Cryoport is providing logistics and manufacturing services to Minaris Regenerative Medicine. The deal combines the logistics provider’s life science expertise with Minaris’ portfolio of products including stem cells, gene therapy, and biomaterials.
Minaris is a contract development organisation for various cell and gene therapy projects and is now looking to enhance its services by ensuring the safe transport of its goods. By teaming up with Cryoport, it can focus on cold chain and critical transport using the necessary specialised containers and equipment.
While this collaboration is limited to Minaris’ operations in Japan, further partnerships can be forged to extend it over the entire Minaris group. (mk)
