CO2-free city deliveries in eleven countries

DB Schenker and Fuso (Daimler Trucks) are further expanding a partnership in the e-mobility field. In the coming months, DB Schenker will bring 36 additional Fuso eCanter vehicles into operation, expanding its eCanter fleet to 41 vehicles.

DB Schenker will use the all-electric light-duty trucks with a payload of up to 3.2 t for urban short-radius distribution in 20 European cities, thus achieving almost silent and zero-emissions deliveries.

Fuso is currently producing the 36 vehicles at its plant in Portugal. The final handover to DB Schenker will take successively by the end of this year. (ben)
