Closing the Karinca Logistics merger
Protect Pharmaceutical Corp. (PRTT) is set to merge with Karinca Logistics, a Turkey-based transport company. PRTT announced this move after having completed the necessary documentation. The merger process included issuing 1,000,000 additional preferred shares.
Now, PRRT is focusing on completing an audit, after which it can file a registration statement and prepare to uplist an exchange. Karinca opens up PRTT’s portfolio on Europe and Asia’s trade routes. It has a strong base in Turkey and a team of professionals with industry experience.
Operating in the OTC under the PRTT brand, Atlantic Logistics will be merging its operations with Karinca to enhance its service offering and revenue streams. (mk)
