Circle continues to expand
Circle, a company that specialises in the analysis of processes, the development of automation solutions and the digitalisation of port sectors and intermodal logistics, strengthens its presence in the Mediterranean area now that the Milos TOS system used by the Terminal San Giorgio (TSG) in the port of Genoa has become fully operational.
The special features of the Milos TOS suite, which has been used by TSG since 2012 for customs components, interoperability with the port community system and automation, have now been updated and are fully operational for a complete range of tasks. They increase and facilitate all logistics and port processes for the terminal.
The Milos terminal operating system (TOS) has been designed to manage administrative, operational and customs services within a multipurpose hub. Milos TOS is interoperable with other stakeholder systems such as port network authorities, rail/intermodal and road transport companies, as well as shipping agencies and shipowners. (mw)
