China-Vietnam cross-border trains doubled
China Railway Nanning (CR Nanning) operated 128 China-Vietnam cross-border trains in H1/2021, a year-on-year increase of 204.8%. Since the beginning of this year, the Chinese Group has intensified its efforts to improve freight marketing and loading/unloading processes.
It has carried out a targeted investigation with a special marketing team in two major Chinese logistics parks, i.e. Nanning International Railway Port and CR’s Pingxiang Port Logistics Centre, to scour for goods to be imported and exported, expand featured transport services and boost its China-Vietnam cross-border block train services.
