Chartersync increases platform capabilities
Chartersync has established its active airline operator-base by adding over 100 cargo aircraft live onto its platform within its first six months of trading. Offering a bespoke charter booking platform connecting freight forwarders directly with airlines, the British company can now propose a wide range of cargo aircraft from smaller piston aircraft through to B737 capable of carrying 20 t of cargo.
Co-founder Ed Gillett: "We have made the charter process easier for airlines. This allows us to get a very high response rate for a given charter request." Having surpassed its early growth expectations, Chartersync continues to focus on its European and Northern African routes and will look to expand its coverage in new territories in the new year. (ah)
