Changes in the management at WKS
Fashion logistics provider Meyer & Meyer is preparing its subsidiary WKS Textilveredlungs for the future by appointing new executives to its management.
After the two new managing directors Jörg Brune and Michael Hofmann were successfully inducted over the last few months, the long-standing owner Wilfried Holtgrave officially leaves the management of the international system provider for quality assurance of fashion lifestyle products on 1 July 2020. However, he will remain available as a consultant for WKS until the end of 2020, before he retires.
Holtgrave had been shareholder and managing director of WKS since 1985. After the sale of his company to Meyer & Meyer in autumn 2018 he had already focused primarily on strategic orientation and handed over responsibility for the operative business to Brune. (mw)
