Changes at the port of Trois-Rivières
The Trois-Rivières Port Authority (TRPA) has announced the appointment of France Cinq Mars (centre) as a new director to its board of directors, as well as the election of Véronique Néron (left) as chair of the board and Félix Hamel (right) as vice-chair.
A member of the Barreau du Québec since 1998, Véronique Néron specialises in business law, with a specific focus on the purchase/sale of businesses and tax and corporate reorganisations.
France Cinq-Mars recently retired from the City of Trois-Rivières, where she worked as a manager for 34 years and held the role of general manager for the last six years of her career.
Félix Hamel took over the reins at Thrace Valeurs Immobilières, a company offering property management and real estate development services, in 2011 and is now president and CEO. (cj)
