Changes at the helm of Minoan Lines
Minoan Lines, a Grimaldi group company, reports that Antonis Maniadakis has decided to terminate his mandate as managing director of the Cretan company.
Emanuele Grimaldi, president of the board of directors of Minoan Lines, and all the board members wish to thank Maniadakis for his commitment and dedication throughout these difficult years at the helm of the company.
Maniadakis will be replaced by deputy managing director Lucas Sigalas, whom the board of directors of the company wishes all the best in his new duties.
Sigalas will take over his new position after the annual shareholders meeting of Minoan Lines, which will take place in Heraklion on 31 May 2022. Maniadakis will continue in his role until this date. (cj)
